A student writes up a campus issue with a location, a category, and evidence if they have it. A student moderator reviews it against published rules before it goes live. From there it carries a status in public until someone resolves it, or closes it with a reason. Every moderation action is logged and attributed.
When the same problem keeps coming back, students can turn it into a campaign, a petition, or an open letter, with every issue behind it still on the record.
